YIMU CONSTRUCTION(S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in our Chinatown Central Region office. As a full-time Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Analysing and verifying contractor claims, variations, and payments
• Preparing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Monitoring project costs and forecasting financial outcomes
• Providing regular reports on project financial performance
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing effective cost control measures
• Collaborating with the project management team to ensure efficient project delivery
