Quantity Surveyor – Sports & Fitness Projects

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a combined Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying and Estimation function, managing all cost-related aspects of projects from initial tender stage through to valuation. This includes cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, subcontractor management, cost control, and valuation of works.

The role requires strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of construction methodology, ensuring that all estimates are developed in line with project sequencing, technical requirements, and client expectations.

The position plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining accuracy, profitability, and competitiveness.
