Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Shah Alam

Job Details:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
• Evaluate tender documents, analyse quotations, and assist in tender preparation and award recommendations.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and variations to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
• Prepare interim progress claims, final accounts, and variation orders.
• Conduct site measurements and valuation of work done.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on cost and contractual matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years in the construction industry / electrical engineering
