QUANTITY SURVEYOR

As a Quantity Surveyor at Tower Build Steel Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects. Based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, this full-time position will see you overseeing cost control, contract administration, and providing strategic advice to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring project costs and identifying potential savings or overruns
• Supporting the tendering process and responding to client queries

What we’re looking for

• Relevant bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
