Job Scope:

• Responsible for processing and verifying grant applications, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with applicants to gather required information.
• Supports outreach through cold calling and on-site engagements.
• Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth approval workflows and timely grant disbursement.
• Handles enquiries, prepares reports for management, and provides general administrative support to the grant team.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Coordinate between teams, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to project team members.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
