Quantity Surveyor

I. Overview of the Position
The Quantity Surveyor – Structural & Civil Works is responsible for accurate quantity take-offs, preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM), General Material Quantities (GMQ), rebar cutting lists / Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), unit rate derivation, mark-up computation, cost control, progress billing, and commercial management for all structural and civil works.
The role ensures that quantities, rates, and mark-ups are technically sound, commercially competitive, contract-compliant, system-based, and auditable, supporting both project execution and profitability.

• Concept and schematic drawings
• Tender drawings and specifications
• Bid instructions and commercial conditions
