• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents for MEPFS systems.
• Review subcontractor quotes, handle subcontracts, and manage variations and claims.
• Monitor project expenses against budgets, manage cash flow, and generate cost reports.
• Verify on-site accomplishments, materials, and labor for progress billings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Usually requires 1–4+ years of experience in MEPFS, specifically in construction, engineering, or consultancy firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Planswift, Bluebeam, and MS Office (Excel) is often required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building standards.
