About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor at RS Carson Gen. Construction Corp', you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, including estimating, tendering, and contract administration. This full-time position is based in Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects
• Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
• Analyse and report on project financial performance
• Provide expert advice and support to the project team on commercial and contractual matters
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards
