Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for sewage network projects.
• Monitor project budgets and track variations in costs throughout the construction cycle.
• Analyze completed work and arrange payment to contractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and negotiate contract terms, prices, and amendments.
• Assess and value internal (investigations, linear meters of pipeline covered) and contractor work (CCTV, pipeline repairs) progress for payments.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve cost‑related issues.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and project progress and report based on relevant KPIs to the Project Management team.
• Assist in claims management and the preparation of variation orders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports of project finances and cash flow.
