Quantity Surveyor

The Role

Our fantastic Capital Projects team is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them at an incredibly exciting time for the business. This is a regional role and will cover our North & Scotland region.

You`ll be assisting with the delivery of the commercial aspects of all projects undertaken by the Capital Projects Team. This will include cost estimating and benchmarking, inflation forecasting, cost control, reporting on all financial aspects from inception through to practical completion. This role will support in implementing build contracts and manage project budgets according to Board approved levels.
