Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (up to $6500)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Quantity Surveyor – Cost Planning
Location: Island wide| Salary: $3,000 – $4,000
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost analysis, handle tenders, and compare subcontractor quotations.
Requirement: Diploma/Degree in QS, 1–3 years tender experience, able to read drawings, MS Office (CostX / Glodon advantage).

Quantity Surveyor – Procurement
Location: Island wide | Salary: $3,600 – $4,500
Manage sourcing, price comparison, negotiations, purchase orders, and project cost tracking.
Requirement: Experience in procurement coordination and cost control in construction projects.

Site Quantity Surveyor
Location: Singapore- Project-based | Salary: $3,600 – $4,500
Handle site cost control, progress claims, variation works, subcontractor coordination, and project financial monitoring.
