BGIS is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with residential construction experience to support nationwide projects across New Zealand. You will play a key role in delivering projects that directly improve homes and communities, working alongside project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. About the Role
Reporting to the Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing variations, supporting tender processes, and providing financial oversight across multiple projects.
Projects typically range between $200k – $1M, primarily within residential and refurbishment environments.
The role can be based in Wellington or Palmerston North, with flexible working arrangements and occasional travel required.
