OVERVIEW

The company is looking for a dual Quantity Surveyor and Estimator role for Laa Civil Construction Limited, a specialist in full civil scope projects from earthworks to foundations across Auckland.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out estimation, measuring, and quantity take-offs for residential projects.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor tender quotations.
• Prepare subcontract documents and issue purchase orders.
• Assess, manage, and track project variations.
• Process subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
• Conduct financial analysis and back-costing upon project completion.
• Perform contract administration, including Title, CCC, Vector, Watercare, and Chorus applications.
