Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

About the role

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor/Estimating role with AUSOURCE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PLT' based in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the construction industry, responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.

What you'll be doing

• Costing of complete homes and variations as required
• Calculating quantities for entire homes
• Generation of orders (including dealing with telephone enquiries and organising quotes if required)
• Making up of job files if required
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant construction industry regulations and standards
• All as directed as by the Management
