Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for M&E works, raise variation orders and valuation of variation.
• Prepare tender documents, valuation of progress payments and closure of final account.
• Review tender returns in relation to cost, rates offered and on compliance to contractual requirements.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Possess relevant Qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in consulting firms with proven track record in major development projects.
• Conversant in M&E works and building contract.
• Possess knowledge in CAD(AutoCAD), REVIT for measurements/BQ take-off.
• Detail-oriented with good planning and organization skills.
