Quantity Surveyor  - Our client is seeking an experienced and driven QS to join the mechanical team. They are a UK based company specialising in renewable heating and cooling technologies, particularly focused on ground source, water source, and air source heat pump systems.

The Role:
·Manage cost control and financial aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring budgets are adhered to and profitability is maintained.
·Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts while identifying and mitigating risks.
·Provide commercial support to project delivery teams, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
