Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join the Quantum portfolio in ICFO’s Competitive Funding Team . The role focuses on managing research projects, facilitating the communication between the research team, stakeholders and funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Preparation: Assist ICFO Group Leaders and their research teams in the preparation and submission of high-quality research proposals.
• Project Oversight: Ensure smooth project operation by managing timelines, overseeing the completion of deliverables in the correct format, and meeting submission deadlines.
