As part of Fletcher Building, the company operates nationwide and is committed to safe, sustainable operations and supporting local communities.Our Belmont quarry is looking for a Quarry Supervisor is responsible for leading daily quarry operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

Supervising plant, yard, and face operations to achieve production and dispatch targets

Coordinating drilling, blasting, extraction, and material processing activities

Monitoring production performance and contributing to operational planning 

Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of operators to build capability and engagement

Ensuring effective plant utilisation and coordinating maintenance activities
