Job Title: Accounts Officer (QuickBooks Online)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The role requires strong capabilities in multi-project accounting, financial reconciliations, and integration of third-party platforms (e.g., e-commerce, payment gateways, and banking systems). The ideal candidate will support accurate financial reporting and ensure smooth end-to-end accounting operations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in QuickBooks Online for multiple projects/entities

Record daily transactions, including sales, expenses, payroll journals, and adjustments

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and follow-ups

Perform bank, PayPal, Stripe, and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis
