Job Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors.
• Greet and entertain guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare and maintain meeting rooms and facilities.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
• At least a year of experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A pleasant and welcoming demeanor with a passion for helping customers and resolving their concerns efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
