Quick Team Leader

Position Overview

International is looking for a Quick Team Leader to Lead our Quick team at our San Antonio TX Location.

As the Quick Team Leader you are responsible for investigating and resolving quality deviations within defined timelines, leads cross-functional analysis, and provides status updates in meetings. They also prepare reports, track corrective actions, manage delivery stops, and collaborate with various teams, ensuring efficient coordination and informed decision-making aligned with Traton Core Values.

Responsibilities


+ Lead the Quick Team investigating quality deviations reported by the end customer (FQ) or Manufacturing (PR) and managing the Delivery Stop (DS) Process.

+ Define and implement Short-Term Actions (or Long Term) in 24h or delivering a Long-Term Action in 20 business days (or plan for).
