Quotation & Coordination Specialist

Your mission

This role serves as the vital link between our client-facing Technical Sales Consultant and our design team. The Quotation & Coordination Specialist will prepare detailed quotations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the Technical Sales Consultant and the architects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Technical Sales Consultant as your wingman, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Prepare and refine all project quotations, working hand-in-hand with both the PM and the design team. 
• Liaise with architects or designers when detailed cutting plans or more complex specifications are needed.
• Utilize your background in engineering or quantity surveying to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
• Maintain a strong spatial understanding to effectively translate project details into clear, actionable quotes.
