Quotation Specialist

Job Description:

+ Prepare detailed price quotes and project estimates based on customer Statements of Work (SOW)

+ Build accurate bills of material (BOM) for electronic assemblies, including boards, mechanicals, and custom parts

+ Source component pricing and lead times from approved suppliers, factoring in MOQ requirements

+ Use the M1 MRP system to manage customer data, supplier records, and pricing information

+ Collaborate with procurement, production, and inventory teams to validate quote accuracy

+ Follow up on open quotations and revise pricing as customer requirements evolve

+ Triage incoming RFQ packages to identify missing information and prioritize next steps

+ Deliver responsive customer service to both internal teams and external customers via email ...
