Quotation Team Lead

Lead and manage the Quotation officers for Southeast Asia, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Oversee the customer end-to-end quotation process in contributing to sales turnover.
Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet the order revenue and turnover of orders.
Handle incoming customer requests professionally, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of issues.
Build Level 1 competency in spare parts identification for assigned BUs, supported by 2nd-level Technical Advisors and BA/BU (Global/Region) teams during the quotation process.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and performance reviews.
