Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Quotation Clerk to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for warehousing, storage, and transport services. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of warehouse operations, space utilisation, transport logistics, and various product commodities, including bulk and break-bulk cargo.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, calculate, and issue quotations for:
• Warehousing and storage (short-term and long-term)
• Space utilisation (per square meter, cubic meter, or ton)
• Handling, loading, offloading, and value-added services
• Transport and logistics (inbound and outbound)
• Assess customer requirements and translate them into accurate costings
• Understand and apply warehouse rate cards and pricing structures
