Join a dynamic team as a Senior Specialist in Quotations, specializing in building vendor and client relationships. Your focus will be on negotiating pricing and saving costs.
In this senior role, your primary duties will encompass bidding processes, material specification discussions, and negotiations. With over 5 years of experience, you'll work closely with sales to close deals and resolve any project-related issues. You’ll lead the preparation of high-value inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify projects for bid and compile material requirements
• Discuss specifications and clarify bill of materials with suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and confirm alternatives for orders
• Supervise and follow up on outstanding quotations
• Coordinate receipt of information for final quotation submissions
Requirements:
• High School Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 5+ years of experience in quotations or sales
• Knowledge of pricing strategies required
