Quote Manager

Responsibilities

• Exercise and implement sourcing strategies, ensure all information is sufficient before sending any RFQ to suppliers
• Review the quote in costed BOM before submission. Provide competitive cost for the new RFQ from Business Team
• Make sure on time quote submission to Business Team, Monitor & track RFQ progress and closure
• Resolve price discrepancy for supplier contract price, drive continuous improvement and systematic approach to the quote process

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain/ EE commodity/operations. EMS knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of electronics and mechanical components
• Demonstrate expertise in negotiation, implementation and maintenance of supplier contracts
• Effective interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
