This role plays a pivotal part in managing the quote delivery and order package preparation process and delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Reports into the Supply Chain Leader LATAM.
**Your role:**
+ Strategic thinker with the ability to align and balance operations with organizational goals. Contribute to the development and execution of sales operations short, mid and long-term strategies and initiatives.
+ Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural team of professionals across multiple locations. Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Sales Support, Modality Sales Specialist, Commercial Policy, and Credit & Collection teams to align operations with business objectives.
