R & D Engineer

Overview

Defining, implementing and/or maintaining R&D strategy, guidelines, systems and services for VISHAY. Aligning and ensuring implementation of R&D budgets, monitors R&D programs, and allocates resources. Planning and coordinating, and/or implementing R&D projects and processes (i.e., technology research projects, product development programs). Leading identification and consolidation of R&D projects in line with technological trends and development plans. Coordinating research, development, and pre-industrialization of products. Representing VISHAY's R&D competence externally towards customers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
