R&D Engr/Scientist I

**Job description:**



+ Formulation design (guide by Senior Engineer) and optimization in coatings / inks /adhesives application and guide customer by value proposition.

+ Lab work on formulation evaluation, including sample preparation, performance testing.

+ Utilize the collected information of competitors, end users and industries, monitor competitors’ activities and make analysis/proposals for counteraction

+ Regularly contact with local commercial team and global technical team on technical development and support activities.

+ Support global technical requirements with lab work

+ Together with marketing team on marketing activities and customer VOCs, Identify customer pains and needs.

+ Problem solving for customers.

+ Lab work on chemical inventory management, HSE management, equipment maintenance etc.
