Job Responsibility :

Continuous Improvement

• Conduct continuous improvement projects in R&D work to increase efficiency and minimize errors
• Improve working methods in the NPL cycle to accelerate and automate product development processes
• Collaborate with the Business Process team and internal R&D users to ensure all R&D project stages have clear SOPs and effective ways of working

Methodology Development & Innovation Integration

• Identify innovative approaches, technologies, and tools to improve R&D operations and accelerate product development
• Integrate innovation into R&D processes to drive creativity, speed, and efficiency in research and product development
• Collaborate with other R&D teams to define and refine research methodologies
