R2C Complex Needs Support Worker

Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a R2C Complex Needs Support Worker for a Women's Aid Charity based in Nottingham.

As a Domestic Violence Specialist, you will work proactively with women with complex needs-including those experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, mental health challenges, offending history and domestic abuse.

You will deliver high-impact, outreach based support across Nottingham City, including regular sessions at Loxley House with the Safer Accommodation team.

The role involves close collaboration with a range of statutory and voluntary partners, leading drop-in sessions in community settings, and providing flexible, trauma-informed support to women with severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD). This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by delivering a person centred, innovative, high-impact support to empower women to achieve safety, stability, and independence.
