Purpose of the Position

• Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of Linde’s financial data while driving efficiency and compliance with generally accepted accounting standards.
• Manages a team dedicated to streamlining month-end close activities, general ledger management, account reconciliations, and assist in statutory reporting and compliance, while ensuring alignment with Linde Accounting Policy and generally accepted accounting principles.

Principal Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to LBSC operational controls, business controls (SOD), and SOX compliance
• Accountable for the Issue Resolution process, communication of corrective actions, and mistake proofing.
• Provide information on process and services that can be delivered from the Solutions Delivery Center
• Provide information required to the completion of Internal and External Benchmark activity.
