R2R Transformation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Record-to-Report (R2R) Transformation

• Own the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process design, governance, and performance management across all business units.
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, and digitization, limiting local variations to legal/regulatory requirements.
• Define the North Star vision and roadmap for RTR, including policies, rules, and procedures.
• Lead periodic process reviews and re-engineering initiatives to eliminate non-value-added activities and complexity.
• Act as the decision authority for RTR process changes, technology implementations, and compliance matters.

Governance & Controls

• Partner with Corporate Control and Internal Audit teams to embed internal controls within process design.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs (e.g., Days to Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliation Quality) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunit...
