The Position

The Protective Intelligence function as part of Organon Security and Resilience (OSR) organization supports corporate security programs in collaboration with the OSR CoEs and Regional teams. The function is responsible for the Organon Security & Resilience Center with 24/7 coverage.

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director - Protective Intelligence. This role will lead a team of analysts who service the companys 24/7 crisis management contact point, triaging to the appropriate Security & Resilience leaders to provide business critical support during incidents.

This role will support the Insider Risk program, Executive Protection program, Strategic Intelligence program, Travel Risk Management program, Product Integrity program, Crisis management program.
