Do you like when customer service has meaning, and do you know how to build trust over the phone? At ADM Value, we are hiring customer service advisors to assist clients in the animal insurance sector.
Here, you will talk with owners who are often very involved: your role is to listen, reassure, explain clearly, and provide a reliable answer. You are the voice that provides security, for both the client and their companion.





  • You handle customer requests by phone, with a reassuring and professional attitude.

  • You listen, assess the request, and provide a clear and structured answer.

  • You explain information in a simple way (without jargon), and guide the client step by step.

  • You follow up when necessary, to ensure the request is fully processed.

  • You contribute to a smooth, respectful, and quality customer experience.
