We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cath Lab Educator to champion the clinical development of our nursing staff and Rad Techs. This pivotal role involves fostering expertise, ensuring competency, and driving quality improvement within our cutting‑edge Cath Lab and related cardiovascular areas.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Leadership:

Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive educational programs for Cath Lab staff, including Rad Techs, RNs, and CVTs. This includes developing and managing the Cath Lab 101 training program for Rad Techs.

Competency Management:

Oversee the ongoing review, revision, and management of staff clinical competencies. Conduct regular evaluations to identify learning needs and coordinate targeted training opportunities.
