Radio Access Network Engineer

Job description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engineering project implementation and technical support for 2G/4G/5G ZTE products.
• Formulate engineering project for 2G/4G/5G wireless product, tracking projects and manages and control quality.
• Perform basic O&M and data configuration for RAN products
• Support base station cut over with subcon and SE, also provide training and guidance for SE, subcon and customers.
• Conduct technical exchanges with customer engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in RAN engineer and have base station swap experience, in major telecommunication vendor/operators.
• Rich experience in formulating comprehensive technical solutions, risk identification, quality prevention, integration verification and implementation.
