Radio Access Network (RAN) Solution Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly technical Radio Access Network (RAN) Solution Manager to lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and pre-sales support of wireless network solutions. This role bridges engineering excellence, project execution, and customer engagement, playing a critical role in delivering high-quality LTE and 5G network solutions aligned with business and technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Solution Design

Independently design and architect end-to-end wireless network solutions, including LTE, 5G NR, and Open RAN, based on customer requirements and project objectives.

Ensure solutions align with the company’s hardware and software roadmap, performance targets, and long‑term network strategy.
