Job Description – Radiographer / Sonographer

1. Operations & Clinical

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to physician requests and clinical guidelines (e.g., General X-Ray, BMD and Mammography; Ultrasound) and other assigned modalities.
• Ensure all procedures are conducted in accordance with SOPs, licensing requirements, and best clinical practices.
• Verify patient identity, clinical history, and procedure details before starting imaging.
• Select and adjust imaging techniques based on patient condition, anatomy, and clinical indications.
• Review images to ensure diagnostic quality before submission to Radiologists.
• Attend to Radiologists' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate any suspicious or critical findings to the reporting team for urgent reporting, and report incidents or operational concerns to the Section Leader or Operations Manager.
