Radiologic Aid

A Radiologic Aide assists radiologic technologists and healthcare professionals in providing diagnostic imaging services. They support daily operations of the radiology department and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients before, during, and after imaging procedures (X-ray, CT scan, MRI, etc.).
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Transport patients to and from the radiology department.
• Help position patients as instructed by the radiologic technologist.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures, including radiation protection guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the department.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns.

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate (college level preferred).
