Radiologic Technologist

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Must be a licensed Radiologic Technologist; possession of a Radiation Safety/ Protection Officer (RSO/RPO) certificate is highly required.
• With at least 3 years of work experience.
• Experience operating ultrasound machines, either Carotid, General, or both, is required.
• Can start ASAP on in 30 days' notice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform radiographic procedures as prescribed by the physician.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images of the body.
• Position patients and equipment appropriately, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort.
• Input commands and data into the computer to document and specify scan sequences.
• Apply radiation safety measures and use protective devices to ensure the safety of patients and team members.
