**Purpose** : bridges clinical expertise and healthcare administration. The Radiology Manager oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and staffing of the medical imaging department (X-Ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound), ensuring patient safety, workflow efficiency, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

**What you will do:**

**Administrative Management:** Develop and implement department policies, manage resource allocation, and oversee procurement and maintenance of state-of-the-art imaging equipment.

· **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and evaluate a team of radiologic technologists and support staff. Coordinate scheduling to provide comprehensive service.
