Coverage Needed:   
 ASAP - ongoing  
 Schedule: Overnight shift  
 7on/7off  
Clinical Details:   
 Read CT perfusion and MRI Spine  
 Settings: Remote  
 Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US  
 Subspecialty case mix: MSK, Mammo Screens, Neuro, Mammo Diag Proc  
 Daily Volume Expectations (per 8 hr shift)  Volume: 90-100  
 wRVUs: 60-70  
 
Requirements:   
 Board Certified  
 FL License  
 DEA  
 Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days
