Detailed Overview

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Radiology Porter Aide practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and utilizes a client and family centered care model aligned with the vision and values of Fraser Health (FH). As a member of an integrated team in a high‑volume medical imaging environment, the Aide performs duties such as transporting clients to and from required areas using stretchers and wheelchairs, assisting technical and nursing staff with lifting and transferring clients, maintaining supplies for various carts, cupboards, trays, rooms, and storage areas, and cleaning equipment and supply areas as needed. The Aide maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
