Radion Network Performance & Planning Engineer

Job Duties: Coordinate with system vendors and major mobile network operators (StarHub and M1) to support 5G RAN deployment and ensure project milestones are achieved. Support system acceptance and testing activities including BFT, IPV, CAC, FAC, UAT, and SCFV. Monitor, analyze, and optimize 4G/5G radio network performance using OSS KPIs, logs, traces, and third-party performance data. Perform root cause analysis on network issues and drive corrective optimization actions. Develop and automate network performance and usage reports, including worst-performing cell analysis and network slice monitoring. Evaluate and implement network change requests, including radio parameter tuning and software feature enhancements. Maintain and manage 5G radio network site databases and change request trackers.
