RAG Evaluation Tester

About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical RAG Evaluation Tester Intern to support our AI evaluation and documentation review processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI responses by comparing them with source documents, knowledge bases, or reference texts.
• Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated content.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI outputs and system accuracy. Review English documentation, datasets, and content for clarity and context.
• Work with Excel or Microsoft Office documents to track testing results and report findings.
• Run simple Python scripts when needed (no coding skills required; training will be provided).
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvements in RAG model evaluation.

Job Requirements

• Possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
