Rail Applications Engineer

To provide technical support and training to KOREC UK Rail customers. This is a national role involving frequent travel to customer sites and offices, with occasional weekend and night work (time off in lieu provided). The role supports both hire and sales customers using Trimble Rail Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing KOREC Rail customers
• Deliver technical support and training to KOREC Rail customers to ensure effective use of Trimble Rail solutions
• Support and conduct technical sales demonstrations where required
• Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure customers receive the most appropriate solutions for their operational needs
• Provide technical support and training to KOREC Sales and Support teams as required
• Identify and generate opportunities for additional revenue through training, extended warranties and software updates
