You will take charge of managing subprocess agreements for large-scale civil projects, focusing on risk management and contractor relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure projects and possess strong commercial acumen and financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer lifecycle of subcontracts ensuring compliance
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors
• Assess and process subcontractor payment claims
• Collaborate with project teams to address issues and mitigate risks
• Support project closeout by verifying compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
• 3-5 years in subcontract management in large projects
• Strong familiarity with construction contract regulations
