Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Rally Product Support professional with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background in scripting, particularly Python, and experience working with REST APIs. The ideal candidate will be adept at integration workflow automation, data synchronization between Jira Cloud and Rally using Connectall, and possess strong problem‑solving skills. This is a full‑time contract position based in Montreal, requiring onsite presence three days a week, with relocation assistance available. 
Key Responsibilities Automate and configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira. 
Develop scripts to extract data from various IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate reports. 
Ensure the uptime, performance, reliability, and scalability of the Rally product.
